Pope and protestant leaders denounce God as ‘unjust’!

I have to highlight these most recent wicked pronouncements of the leaders of ‘Antichristian apostasy’ in the world today, as reported on the BBC news website and also in the ‘Belfast Telegraph’. The articles were drawn to my attention by a friend who keeps watch for such things. I do not think I have ever encountered such blatant and audacious defiance of God than the words uttered by this triumvirate of wickedness!

I am compelled to seek to refute their deceit and lies.

The Pope and two of his ecumenical ‘lapdogs’, the leader of the Church of England and the moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, Archbishop Justin Welby and Dr Iain Greenshields respectively, have declared God to have sinfully. unlovingly  and unjustly criminalised sodomy!

A BBC news report states: ‘Speaking to reporters after visiting South Sudan, the Pope said such laws were a sin and “an injustice”.’ This blasphemous statement was enthusiastically endorsed by the two puppets, Welby and Greenshields. The men were on a mission to Sudan but they came not as God’s servants but rather as latter-day ‘incarnations’ of “Elymas the sorcerer”, encountered by Paul and Barnabus on the isle of Cyprus and who sought to “turn away the deputy (Sergius Paulus) from the faith,” Acts 13:8. What Paul said of him may well be said of this wicked ‘trinity’. “Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him, And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?” Acts 13:9-10.

No member of this trio seem to realise that it was the God of Heaven in His eternally just law, Who declared ‘sodomy’ as a sin and a crime worthy of death.

“Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination,” Leviticus 18:22.

“If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them,” Leviticus 20:13.

This second verse indicates the penalty that is to be carried out against those guilty of this crime under the Mosaic administration. Furthermore, it indicates who it is to blame for their death — “their blood shall be upon them”.

The ‘death sentence’ was what Israel was to inflict upon those guilty. However, I would remind my readers that the sentence that God imposes is eternally and infinitely more severe. It is not a term in jail but it is eternity in the fires of damnation.

A foreshadowing of this truth was seen at Sodom and Gomorrah. “Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire,” Jude 1:7.

What stupidly arrogant and sinfully defiant men are the Pope and his so-called ‘Protestant henchmen. There is coming a day when they will begin to everlastingly and bitterly regret these words.

They would further defy God and tell us that we should treat sodomites in a manner diametrically opposed to the manner designated by God in His Word and in which He acted in the days of Lot. The Pope stated that: “people with “homosexual tendencies” are children of God and should be welcomed by their churches.” Of course Welby and Greenshields obediently nodded in agreement.

These unbelievably pompous, religious asses would be so imperious as to tell the Lord that He doesn’t even know His own children and in His folly, banish them to hell.

The Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, Dr Iain Greenshields, put his ignorance of the Bible on display before the press when he said: “There is nowhere in my reading of the four Gospels where I see Jesus turning anyone away,” he said. “There is nowhere in the four Gospels where I see anything other than Jesus expressing love to whomever he meets.”

Two passages amongst many come to mind. “The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.  He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed,” Matthew 16:1-4. The final sentence of this passage spells out Christ most emphatically ’turning away’ these wicked men. He “left them, and departed”!

Then again, we have that solemn, tearful turning away from Jerusalem which Greenshields obviously does not understand.

“And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes. For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side, and shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation. And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought; Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves,” Luke 19:41-46.

Earlier, the Saviour had said words of a similar vein.

“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord,” Luke 13:34-35.

Both of these statements unquestionably speak of Israel’s rejection of Christ and His turning away from them.

Had the Moderator read all the New Testament he would have come to the words of Christ in Revelation which doubtless contain words which indicate aspects of God holy character which the Moderator refuses to acknowledge for his ‘god’ is not the God of the Bible.

“Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works,” Revelation 2:20-23.

Consider also Christ’s words to the Church at Ephesus. “But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate,” Revelation 2:6.

These sentiments are repeated in the letter to the Church in Pergamos. “But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication. So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth,” Revelation 2:14-16.

Make no mistake, there are things God hates and those who indulge in them, He rejects.

“Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face,” Deuteronomy 7:9-10.

“If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me,” Deuteronomy 32:41.

There are things and persons who are not to be loved by the believer. “And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD,” 2 Chronicles 19:2. Notice there is a price to be paid to love those who hate the Lord and His Word.

Should anyone say, ‘But that is the Old Testament, we must live by the New Testament!’ Please learn that wonderful definition of the relationship between the Old and the New Testaments that was taught to me by old Pastor James Kyle Paisley in the ‘English Bible’ class when I first entered the Free Presbyterian Theological Hall back in 1965. He explained that ’The New Testament is concealed in the Old and the Old Testament is revealed in the New’. As Paul said: “For the law having a shadow of good things to come,” Hebrews 10:1. There is no ‘disagreement’ between the Old and the New. The Lord Jesus said: “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven,” Matthew 5:17-19. He has not come to set men free from the obligation to obey the Law, but to accomplish what was intended by it. The word ‘fulfil’, also, means sometimes to ‘teach or inculcate’. That is how Paul uses it. “Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God,” Colossians 1:25.

The ‘law and the prophets’, the morality of the Old Testament, is in force still today. Remember what the Lord Jesus said to those who rejected His Word. “Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust. For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?” John 5:45-47.

Those who cast aside the Old testament Law will encounter it and be condemned by it, at the throne of  judgment!

This borders on the defiance that will be manifested by the final Antichrist, of whom it is said, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God,” 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4.

These men would place themselves above God and correct the Lord and rewrite His Law. Their words serve to warn the believer that, as Paul puts it, “the mystery of iniquity doth already work,” 2 Thessalonians 2:7. That is the ‘spirit’ by which these men speak and in so doing they let us know that the final days of this latter-day apostasy draw very near for soon “the Lord shall consume (them) with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy (them) with the brightness of his coming,” (2 Thessalonians 2:8) the “man of sin” of whom these three men are forerunners.

Dear Christian please learn the devilish nature of the ecumenical fraud that is embracing the churches in its ever-tightening grip.

If you are a member of the Church of Ireland, the Presbyterian Church or the Methodist Church or one of the smaller religious groups that are within the fold of this ‘end-time’ collection of ‘wolves in sheep’s clothing’, then you are commanded of God to GET OUT lest you become  a partaker “of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues,” Revelation 18:4.

Sincerely in Christ’s name,

Ivan Foster

‘Pope and protestant leaders denounce anti-gay laws’

Pope Francis said those with ‘homosexual tendencies’ should be welcomed by their churches

Pope Francis and the leaders of protestant churches in England and Scotland have denounced the criminalisation of homosexuality.

Speaking to reporters after visiting South Sudan, the Pope said such laws were a sin and “an injustice”.

He added people with “homosexual tendencies” are children of God and should be welcomed by their churches.

His comments were backed by the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Moderator of the Church of Scotland.

Archbishop Justin Welby and Iain Greenshields, Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, travelled with the Pope to South Sudan where they jointly called for peace in the war-torn country.

It is the first time the leaders of the three traditions have come together for such a journey in 500 years.

Archbishop Welby and Dr Greenshields praised the Pope’s comments during a news conference with reporters on board the papal plane as they travelled from Juba to Rome.

“I entirely agree with every word he said there,” said Archbishop Welby, noting that the Anglican church had its own internal divisions over gay rights.

Last month the Church of England said it would refuse to allow same-sex couples to be married in its churches.

Expressing his own support, Dr Greenshields referred to the Bible, saying: “There is nowhere in the four Gospels that I see anything other than Jesus expressing love to whoever he meets, and as Christians that is the only expression that we can give to any human being in any circumstance”.

Archbishop Justin Welby (right) and the Rt Rev Iain Greenshields (left) expressed their support for the Pope’s comments in a press conference

During the news conference Pope Francis repeated his view that the Catholic Church cannot permit sacramental marriage of same-sex couples.

But he said he supported so-called civil union legislation, and stressed that laws banning homosexuality were “a problem that cannot be ignored”.

He suggested that 50 countries criminalise LGBT people “in one way or another”, and about 10 have laws carrying the death penalty.

Currently 66 UN member states criminalise consensual same-sex relations, according to ILGA World – the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association.

“This is not right. Persons with homosexual tendencies are children of God,” said the Pope.

“God loves them. God accompanies them… condemning a person like this is a sin.”

Under current Catholic doctrine, gay relationships are referred to as “deviant behaviour” and Pope Francis has previously said he was “worried” about the “serious matter” of homosexuality in the clergy.

But some conservative Catholics have criticised him for making comments they say are ambiguous about sexual morality.

In 2013, soon after becoming Pope, he reaffirmed the Catholic Church’s position that homosexual acts were sinful, but added that homosexual orientation was not.

Five years later, during a visit to Ireland, Pope Francis stressed that parents could not disown their LGBT children and had to keep them in a loving family.
