“Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,” 2 Peter 3:3.

DUP not attending Dublin Castle Pope address

Arlene Foster to miss date with Pope in Dublin

Arlene Foster turns down invitation from Irish Government to Pope’s visit

Arlene Foster ‘regretfully’ declines invitation to Pope’s speech in Dublin Castle

‘In a statement, the DUP said Mrs Foster appreciates the invitation but regretfully will be away with her family at that time.’

Are we to understand that had she not been on holiday, she would have ‘happily’ (the opposite of regretfully) attended?

If this is not the case, why did she ‘regret’ being unable to attend? Why did she not plainly say that she would not attend any gathering honouring the head of the organisation, the chief ordinance of which is spoken of as ‘a blasphemous fable and a dangerous deceit’ by her own Church of Ireland historic standards?”

‘Religious imposter’: Free Presbyterian church urges followers to reject Pope’s visit

“Undoubtedly  a meeting with the pope by the Irish Presbyterian Moderator sends out the wrong message and causes confusion, but that is not the MAIN reason why the visit should be condemned. Fellowship and association with the Pope and his religion is in direct contravention of the Law of God! “Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry,” 1 Corinthians 10:14.

Roman Catholicism is a system of idolatry. That was at the very heart of the Reformers’ opposition to Rome!

The 28th Article of the Reformed Church of England stated: ‘Transubstantiation (or the change of the substance of Bread and Wine) in the Supper of the Lord, cannot be proved by holy Writ; but is repugnant to the plain words of Scripture, overthroweth the nature of a Sacrament, and hath given occasion to many superstitions.’ The worship of the ‘wafer-god’, of Mary and the veneration and worship of saints and angels, all of which Rome advocates and teaches, was denounced by our Protestant fore-fathers and their exegesis of God’s Word was and is correct!’ (See Westminster Standards, Larger Catechism Q 105, 109.)

Those ministers within the ecumenical Presbyterian Church in Ireland who object to their Moderator’s visit do not go nearly far enough in their protests, being muzzled by their own compromise and disobedience to God’s Word and its call to separate from such apostasy. 2 Corinthians 6:14-18; Psalm 26:4-5, 101:3, 119:63; 1 Corinthians 10:21; Ephesians 5:11; Revelation 21:8.”

Hillsborough academic calls for independent panel into clerical abuse

“It is to be noted that the press generally refers to ‘Clerical Abuse’ when referring to the crimes of Roman Catholic priests.

This deceitfully euphemistic use of the term ‘clerical’ is in order to avoid direct reference to the debased priests of Roman Catholicism.

Catholic unionist: DUP ‘snubbing’ of Pope Francis will backfire

Pope in Ireland: Comments on my decision to meet Francis belong to past, says UUP’s Butler

“Lagan Valley MLA Robbie Butler – a deacon at Maghaberry Elim church – will be present at Dublin Castle in the stead of his Party leader, Robin Swann. Bulter, a professing Christian and a deacon in Maghaberry’s Elim Church, is another of those who seem to believe that that there is one set of moral rules for a private person another for a politician. That was advocated widely by those Christians who entered a political affiliation with Sinn Fein/IRA back in 2006/7.

It is clear that the Word of God makes no such distinction! The prophets preached the same message to the kings and princes of Judah and Israel as they did to the general population.

“For this city hath been to me as a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face, Because of all the evil of the children of Israel and of the children of Judah, which they have done to provoke me to anger, they, their kings, their princes, their priests, and their prophets, and the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem,” Jeremiah 32:31-32.

Priest urges Catholics to welcome LGBT community

“The Church of Rome is ‘all things to all men’! It is rightly defined in Revelation as part of the end-time manifestation of Antichristianity. “And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication,” Revelation 17:4. This priest is but one of her ‘evangelists’ inviting the unclean to enter her fold!!”

Jude Collins has helped us see what many people think about terrorism

“Much of this (the scribblings of the likes of Collins) is rubbish to divert attention from the undiluted culpability of republicans for their most heinous crimes. And it is embraced by people who hated the RUC.”

Judge ‘deeply disappointed’ no one left bonfire after seeing murder victims’ names burned

Shocking and repulsive Derry bonfire images a reminder of a past to which we don’t want to return

“Despite having had to listen to their lying effrontery for half a century, I am still amazed at the blatantly disingenuous mouthing of Sinn Fein/IRA propagandists. Far from not wishing to return to the past, Michelle O’Neill and her motley crew of terrorist-supporters ever live to defend, glory in and celebrate the innumerable acts of terrorism and murder committed by the IRA over the last 100 years.”

Dean defends cathedral screening films with graphic sex scenes and paganism

“This is reminiscent of the times of apostasy of which Jeremiah spoke: ‘Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto Baal, and walk after other gods whom ye know not; and come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered to do all these abominations?’ ” Jeremiah 7:9-10..

Legacy Scandal: ‘We’re on verge of fostering a pro terrorist, anti state view of the Troubles,’ says academic

Legacy Scandal: ‘There’s an immense moral difference between a bomber killed by their bomb and a bystander killed,’ says Canon Ian Ellis

“When even an ecumenist like Ellis can publicly protest against the ‘fudge’ that is taking place between the definition and treatment of terrorists and victims, then the matter must be pretty clear.  What we are seeing is the fulfilment of God’s Word. “For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth (restrains) will let, until he be taken out of the way,” 2 Thessalonians 2:7. The spirit of ‘lawlessness’ is to increase as God lifts His restraint upon the devil in the last days!”

Fury after (GAA) hurlers celebrate All-Ireland win with IRA song

“This is the true face of the GAA, irrespective of the much publicised ‘overtures’ by the organisation to make it welcoming for Unionists.
