The news article below indicates that Boris Johnston is the enemy of the Unionist people and that the DUP were utterly wrong to believe his braying, swaggering bluster which was seized upon by them as evidence of his sympathy for the Unionist people.
Westminster will ever simply ‘move the goal posts’ and thwart every effort on the part of the DUP to escape from the mess of which they are the chief architects!
When the issue of a ‘border’ came up, back when the ‘Northern Ireland Protocol’ was first proposed, they sided with those who lobbied from Dublin and also the ‘merchants’ in Northern Ireland who feared that their profits would suffer if the border between the United Kingdom and the EU would be that which is in truth the geographical, international border presently existing between the Irish Republic and the six counties of Northern Ireland.
They are now reaping the harvest of that siding with profiteering greediness and Irish Republican craftiness!
At every turn, the efforts of Stormont’s Unionists are bested by our enemies. Is there not a lesson there for all to learn?
Ulster Protestants are paying for their abandoning of truth and righteousness under the urgings of their religious and political leadership, especially on the occasion of the restoration of a Stormont Assembly based upon power-sharing between the DUP and Sinn/IRA.
I have no doubt that it was not merely a renouncing of every principle embraced by our Unionist forefathers, but it was deeply offensive to Heaven for it entailed the overthrow of the Biblical foundations upon which our forefathers built their case for resistance against the aims and objectives of Irish Republicanism and Popery over the last 140 years and more, since the first ‘Home Rule Bill’ was proposed at Westminster by William Gladstone in 1886, the Liberal Prime Minister.
God’s promises to Israel in Deuteronomy 28 should be carefully noted.
“The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do [them],” verses12-13.
“But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee: . . . . he (the enemy) shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail,” verses 15, 44.
This whole chapter ought to be read closely by every Christian and they should there see the path of judgment that Israel, in its folly, has trodden as is testified to by history.
There also are outlined the consequences for ANY PEOPLE who chose to disobey God and turn their back upon His Word as Ulster has done under the influences of ecumenical false prophets and the greedy ambitions of benighted unionist politicians!!
The implacable bitterness of Irish Republicanism has been recently demonstrated in its capital.
When will Ulster learn?
Sincerely in Christ’s name,
