II. RUTH’S OBEDIENCE.
“And she said unto her, All that thou sayest unto me I will do,” verse 5. She not only said she would obey but did so. “And she went down unto the floor, and did according to all that her mother in law bade her,” verse 6.

1. She approached secretively. She made no display of her actions. What modesty and humility is required when seeking the fulness of God’s blessing.
