This is a message preached in Kilskeery Free Presbyterian Church this Lord’s Day morning by Rev Andy Foster of Penticton, BC, Canada.
He and his wife, Jill, are home for a visit.
The title of his message was “A word for dark times” and is an exposition of Isaiah 50:10-11.
“Who is among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light?
Let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God.
Behold, all ye that kindle a fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks: walk in the light of your fire, and in the sparks that ye have kindled. This shall ye have of mine hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow.”

The message was truly a wonderful encouragement and exhortation for the people of God.
It is also a stern warning to those who are inclined to try and introduce and promote within the Free Presbyterian Church, unscriptural innovations and practices.
Sincerely in Christ’s name,
Ivan Foster
