These headlines and comments have appeared in the press in recent days. I do not for one minute endorse everything found in such reports but I do see these comments as an indication of a growing recognition of that which has been increasingly taking place in recent years!
The European leader stressed it was “unfortunate” migration drove a non-Christian majority amongst the masses across Western societies.
“So it’s not just a natural tendency, it’s enlarged by the migration as well, because those who are coming in are not Christians, but basically Muslims,” Mr Orban clarified.

Kemi Badenoch has said a Ramadan event in central London criticised by one of her shadow ministers should not have been allowed to go ahead at all.
It comes after shadow justice secretary Nick Timothy described public prayers at the gathering in Trafalgar Square as an “act of domination”.
Labour has branded the comments “abhorrent” and called on the Conservative leader to sack Timothy from his frontbench role over the remarks.
But Badenoch has backed her party colleague, saying she “didn’t like what I saw” in footage she had seen from the event. (BBC 19/3/26)

The overwhelming majority of universities and hospitals in the country snubbed the Government’s offer of a free portrait of the King shortly after his coronation in 2023, GB News can reveal.
Kemi Badenoch, the Conservative leader, blamed the poor take-up of the £131 picture of the King on managers in the public sector who were unnecessarily worried that people would be offended.
“All of this rubbish needs to stop,” she told GB News’ Chopper’s Political Podcast.
Mrs Badenoch added: “We should not be afraid of the word ‘patriotism’. It’s important.”

Muslims by the 10,000s have been escaping their own lands and seeking the enjoyment of the western countries. However, while they speak of the cruelty of the regimes from which they have fled, they have brought with them and seek to impose upon the countries where they have sought refuge, the very cause of the cruelty from which they fled!
There is in the United Kingdom localities, which have been termed ‘no go areas’, where the dominant majority Muslim population, endeavour to impose their culture, customs and laws, which they have ‘imported’ from the land from which they have escaped, into the land where they have sought refuge!
Ignorant!
That they are not aware of the utter folly of their actions is an indication of the inherent blindness and ignorance of mankind.
Such madness is not restricted to the Muslim!
‘Protestantism’ has demonstrated like stupidity by being led back, with sheep-like docility, to the darkness of Romanism, from which the nation escaped at great cost to the godly Reformers, who brought the truths of the Bible back to our land.
Roman Catholics
The Roman Catholic people have acted with equal irrationality on a world-wide basis. They have had demonstrated to them by public exposure, the actions of depraved and perverted priests. The world has been flooded with reports of priests, bishops, nuns and cardinals — prelates of virtually every rank — who have violated their children repeatedly for decades. Such depravity, however, is no surprise for it can be seen as happening for centuries, as is recorded in history books, even by Roman Catholic historians!

And yet millions of those who suffered the horrors of betrayed by their priests and having their children abused, cling to the system that has ‘bred’ this depravity!
World-wide darkness
World-wide, as a result of the rejecting of the light of God’s Word, nations are stumbling blindly into embracing ever increasing deviant and degenerate practices. Abortion, even up to the very time of birth, sodomy and its evil ‘relative perversions’, are legally endorsed and engaged in.
It is that era, termed by God’s Word as the latter-day “perilous times” of apostasy, 2 Timothy 3:1. The Christian, while utterly horrified at these developments, can at least understand and know just what is happening and comfort themselves that the Lord is ‘still on the throne’ and has not lost control of His creation!
Islamisation
With regards the ‘Islamisation’ of many areas in Great Britain, few have been prepared to acknowledge it. The fear of being termed ‘racist’ looms large over the heads of police forces, politicians and other public bodies, such as the NHS and the various welfare services run by local authorities!
I need offer no direct documentation for what I am saying, for the supporting evidences of my allegations are almost daily reported in the press, although they are swiftly denied by those who are either terrified of being classified as xenophobic or those desirous of advancing this ‘invasion’!
Why is it happening?
Persecution or a seeking of better social and financial circumstances are the usual benign reasons set forth by the apologists. However, irrespective of what motivated those engaged in the largely illegal arrival of ‘aliens’ of late, without a doubt, I believe it is a judgment from the Lord for the rejection of Him and His Truth by many nations of the World, which are now subject to this inundation.
What Paul referred to as happening amongst nations in ages past and which resulted in an abandonment to perversity by the God of those nations, is being repeated.
“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them,” Romans 1:18-32.
It must be noted that the underlined latter verses of that quotation explain the almost daily accounts of mothers and fathers murdering their young offspring, of children attacking and often killing their parents, of stranger murdering stranger on the streets — what a plethora of reports of ‘man’s inhumanity to man’ daily are presented to us on television and press news reports!
And yet, few seek a reason for it and those who do but manifest the same madness that produces such events! It is not a lack of housing, of welfare benefits, etc. All these were truly and dreadfully endured in former centuries by our forebears without the harvest of nihilism we see on our streets!
No, the chaos and social disarray, the moral anarchy and the parliamentary ‘bedlam’ that our political leaders engage in and that is aimed at combatting such but only succeeds in making this worse, is the result of our God lifting His restraining hand from off the underlying degeneracy of the populace.
The Bible’s record provides us with evidence of this. Remember, “For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope,” Romans 15:4.
It happened to Israel of old when it sinned against the Lord and forsook His truth. Here are but two of the many references I could quote to support what I am saying.
“I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright. But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you,” Leviticus 26:13-17.
“And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim: and they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the LORD to anger. And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth. And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that spoiled them, and he sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies. Whithersoever they went out, the hand of the LORD was against them for evil, as the LORD had said, and as the LORD had sworn unto them: and they were greatly distressed,” Judges 2:11-15.
Here are listed disorder, terror and economic hardships amongst the fruits of the rejection of God’s truth. Does not this fit the pattern of developments within recent decades in the United Kingdom, not to mention many other nations?
There is a significant portion in the Book of the Revelation, which refers to the judgments of God which are to be visited up the earth in the latters days.
“And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them,” Revelation 9:1-6.

An invasion from hell.
This triple woe pronounced by the angel indicates a significant new phase of the judgments as their severity increases. The Lord no longer confines Himself to using natural forces as instruments of judgment. Now He releases the powers of hell upon men. It should be noticed also that men are now the only target of judgment. “And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not he seal of God in their foreheads. . . . and their power was to hurt men five months. . . for to slay the third part of men. . . . By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths,” Revelation 9:4, 10, 15, 18.
The influences and impact of hell is seen all around us. In the unnerving events that are taking place on our street and in many homes, there can be only one explanation — it is the work of those possessed by evil spirits of which we have an example in Mark 5:1-5.
“And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes. And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains: Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him. And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.”
Is there an answer?
NO, not on the part of mankind. Men have entered upon their final, ultimate defiance and rebellion against the Lord. The nations, particularly those of Europe and the Near East, those nations centred upon the Mediterranean, will continue on their folly, abandoned by the Lord with the exception of the elect of God within their borders. The Lord has said of His people: “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee,” Hebrews 13:5.
However, the general population of those nations will descend down to utter ruin by the embracing the final ‘Antichrist’.
Of that event, Paul said:
“Now we beseech you, brethren, by (concerning) the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by (concerning) our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness,” 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12.
It is thus this age will end. Rebellious men will be abandoned by God to their rebelliousness and suffer the temporal and the eternal consequences of such folly.
Let Christians heed God’s Word and obey its commands and thus find comfort amidst the increasing lawlessness that is developing all around.
Let those who are yet in their unbelief and Christ rejection, likewise take heed to God’s merciful warnings of what lies ahead because of their rejection of Christ.
It truly “Is time to seek the LORD,” (Hosea 10:12) for “The time is short.” (1 Corinthians 7:29).
Please learn that salvation is obtained with wonderful ease. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved,” Romans 10:13.
