“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them,” Romans 1:26-32.
These headlines highlight the means by which this plague, common in West and Central Africa, has spread in many places.

We are told that Monkeypox has now spread to Israel, Switzerland and Austria. Little wonder steps are being prepared for ‘mandatory quarantine. It is clear that the press consider the sodomite community are to the fore in the spread of the disease. !
Let the Bible-believer take note that whatever this outbreak may say to the unbeliever, it serves to remind us of the words of the Lord Jesus when He spoke of His return to this world to take vengeance upon the ungodly and glorify His redeemed.
He said in Luke 17:26-30: “And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.”
The physical plagues that have so often been visited upon the blatant defiers of God, have been but tokens of that great day of divine wrath upon such.
“And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; when he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.” 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10.
This ‘monkeypox’ which the news media report has broken out amongst the sodomite faction, is but the latest manifestation of God’s judgment upon these perverts.
It is not the last, let it be noted!
We repeat that which we have often said — God in His mercy has provided for sinners of every hue a glorious deliverance from wickedness through the sufferings and death of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Those guilty of this wickedness in pagan Corinth found it mighty through God unto salvation.
This is testified by Paul in his first letter to the Corinthian church.
“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God,” 1 Corinthians 6:9-11.
Amongst the sins and evil lifestyles from which the gospel delivered many in Corinth some 2000 years ago, was that which today is called the ‘gay’ lifestyle. In truth, what is referred to in the above verses as ‘effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves’ is sodomy!
There is a most effective and powerful answer to man’s sin. It is found by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and the offer of mercy in the gospel message. “Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them,” Hebrews 7:25.
Sadly, many throughout all society are like those of whom Christ said: “And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life,” John 5:40.
There is a cure and a vaccine for this latest judgment to befall those who defy God and pursue a perverted lifestyle. But let it be noted that there is NO cure for God’s final judgment!
“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death,” Revelation 21:8.
The burning is eternal.
“Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire,” Jude 1:7.
This ‘monkey pox’ plague is actually a mercy by which men are forewarned of that for which there is no cure, from which there is no escape!
“How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation,” Hebrews 2:3.
Heed the gospel offer today reader and obey the gospel for “all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses,” Acts 13:39.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast,” Ephesians 2:8-9.
May you TODAY hasten to Christ in order to escape the fiery judgment that will come upon ALL who reject the TRUTH of God.
