Police and Protestants once again targeted by Republicans. The old animosities just do not go away! All this is reminiscent of the beginning of the troubles in 1968. Big Bang and evolution are compatible with the idea of God: Pope

Once again it is the Pope versus God! His ‘pronouncement’ does not, cannot destroy the witness of God’s Word, which is repeatedly substantiated by unblinded scientists!

Presbyterian protest letter ‘doesn’t help,’ says minister

In all the exchanges between the parties within the Presbyterian Church in Ireland warring over the issue of ‘sodomy’ and related topics it is to be noted that little or no reference is made to the Word of God, the ‘only infallible rule of faith and practice’! WHY???

Jimmy Carter says ‘Jesus would approve of gay marriage’ but not abortions

Jimmy Carter is 93 years of age. One therefore can expect the occasional daft utterance from him, especially when he was prone to making such frequently when he was much younger!

However, on this occasion he is half right and half blasphemous!

The Lord Jesus condemned sodomy and could not therefore approve of sodomite marriage. The Saviour endorsed all that was written in the Old Testament (Matthew 5:17) with its references to the wickedness of sodomy but also He particularly indicated that the citizens of Sodom would again face God’s judgment on the ‘day of judgment’. “But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee,” Matthew 11:24.

He reiterated and restated the Genesis account of the destruction of Sodom. “But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all,” Luke 17:29.

So too did Peter and Jude especially refer to God’s judgment on these evil cities. (2 Peter 2:6, Jude verse 7.)

Poor old Jimmy Carter is but one of the many deceived by the devil on this matter.
