Peter Lynas and Evangelical Alliance join forces with Jesuit promoter Alain ‘Ecumenical’ Emerson

Psalm 66:18 tells us that “If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me”.

And surely such a peril lies before those organisers of the prayer event held at the gates of Stormont, the would-be seat of power in Northern Ireland, were we not held to ransom by murderers and their apologists, on Sunday past, 24 March.

The event was organised by 24-7 Prayer Ireland, which is an ungodly organisation in the first place.

It is headed up by Alain Emerson (pictured on the right of the image at the top of this article), lead pastor of the anti-Christian charismatic Emmanuel Church, based in the Craigavon area.

Alain Emerson’s ecumenical rap sheet is so long it would make your eyes water, hence his richly deserved moniker of Alain ‘Ecumenical’ Emerson. Read more on the Protestant Revival website.

Belfast Church of Ireland hosts ABBA tribute concert

In today’s liberal church, there seems to be little separation between the sacred and the secular.

Lines have been blurred to such an extent in many churches that it is hard to tell the difference.

And St Polycarp’s Church of Ireland, based on the Upper Lisburn Road in Finaghy in the outskirts of Belfast have trampled all over those lines by hosting an ABBA tribute concert.

This church used worldly music to try to lure in the punters, although it is hardly surprising to see unbiblical methods employed when one is aware of some details regarding the church.

Firstly, the ‘minister’ of the church is a woman called ‘Rev’ Louise Stewart (pictured on the left of the image at the top), meaning both the church and its ‘minister’ are automatically setting themselves at variance with the Word of God. Read more on the Protestant Revival website.

“EUTHANASIA” — Is it really a ‘good’ death??”

The issue of ‘assisted suicide’ is ever more in the news. An article appeared in a religious publication recently which read:

“Some doctors in the United Kingdom are pushing back against efforts to gain support for legalizing assisted suicide.

An article in the The Times highlights how some members of the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) fear that the organization is being hijacked by assisted suicide activists.

The RCP is asking its members if they think British law should be altered in order to allow assisted suicide. If a majority of 60 percent or more votes one way or another, the college will issue an official stance accordingly. But if there is no clear winner, the RCP will adopt a neutral stance on the issue.

“The poll will be conducted by email,” the RCP website explains, “and the results will be released in March.”

Some physicians are casting doubt on the way the poll is set up, claiming that even a neutral stance on assisted suicide would still be a tacit endorsement. In a letter to The Times, about two dozen medical professionals stated, “We are worried that this move represents a deliberate attempt by a minority … to drop the college’s opposition to assisted suicide even if the majority of the membership vote to maintain it.” is in the news afresh though it seems every day we read of suicides and those planning to end their own lives.”

The reason for the increase of suicides and the altering opinions of doctors is the growing ignorance of the Bible and the lack of any fear of eternal judgment as a consequence!

If people only knew that there is a hell for those who die without Christ, then suicide would not appear such a wonderful way of escape as the devil has deceived millions into believing.

Presbyterian ‘minister’ preaching at Romanist novena celebrating group of priests

‘Rev’ Ruth Patterson will be preaching at the ‘Novena of Hope 2019’ at The Graan, a Romanist chapel near Enniskillen in County Fermanagh which, for a long time, has been the clerical home of noted Romanist, ‘Father’ Brian d’Arcy.

It is being held to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the Romanist grouping of the Passionists.

A novena is a nine day prayer event and this one will run from Saturday, 23 March to Monday, 1 April, with ‘Rev’ Ruth Patterson to sow her ecumenical, heretical seeds of deceit on Thursday, 27 March. Read more on the Protestant Revival website.

Report of the Free Presbyterian Protest in Newry, Co. Down, against the evil play,“ Jesus Christ — Superstar.”

By Rev Paul Hanna, Mt Merrion FPC, one of the ministers who organised the protest

Around 6:30pm on the cold, brisk evening of Thursday 14th March 2019, a crowd of concerned Free Presbyterians started to gather outside the front of Newry Town Hall.

The planned production of the blasphemous Rock Opera, ‘Jesus Christ – Superstar’ had been running in the 19th Century picturesque Town Hall (situated in the centre of the Newry – and actually built on top of Newry River) since Tuesday 12th, and was scheduled to run until Friday 15th March.

Around 45 – 50 Free Presbyterians of all ages, including four ministers from local Churches, gathered on the footpath opposite the main entrance where we mounted our hour-long vigil. Read more

THE FOOTSTEPS OF PATRICK

A brief account of the work of God in Ireland over the last 1500 years

by Rev. Ivan Foster.

The Gospel of Christ came to Ireland over 1500 years ago. Despite many attempts by Satan and his agents God has been pleased to maintain His truth in this land. Following its first planting the Gospel was carried by men whose hearts the Lord had touched into many neighbouring countries: Scotland, England, Wales, France, Germany, Switzerland and further.

God has been pleased, in some measure, to do again in these latter days what He did in those distant days. May the land, now associated with terror and strife, become known again by the title it was then given, “The land of Saints and Scholars.” Read more

A little bit of Irish history to clear away the mists of popish myths and deceit about Patrick

A knowledge of the history of Ireland is a very beneficial and
precious thing. History displays the merciful dealings of God with our forefathers.

Such a knowledge will do much to expose the lie of Rome that has bred the spirit of Irish nationalism, based upon the myth of a pure Irish race that has ever been fervently Roman Catholic. It will go far toward removing the feeling of insecurity, and of guiltiness at being in Ulster, that many Ulster Protestants suffer from as a result of Rome’s persistent lie. Read more

News review for week ending Friday 8th March 2019

“Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness,” Isaiah 59:1-3.

It is clear that it takes years of campaigning by a handful of pro-Unionist groups, with very little support from the news media, to get anyone to notice!!!

This is the harvest of the ‘new morality’ introduced by modernistic and liberal theology and the abandoning of the Word of God!!!

The Ongoing Challenge Facing the Free Presbyterian Church

“And an angel of the LORD came up from Gilgal to Bochim, and said, I made you to go up out of Egypt, and have brought you unto the land which I sware unto your fathers; and I said, I will never break my covenant with you. And ye shall make no league with the inhabitants of this land; ye shall throw down their altars: but ye have not obeyed my voice: why have ye done this? Wherefore I also said, I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be as thorns in your sides, and their gods shall be a snare unto you,” Judges 2:1-3.

(The synopsis of a sermon preached in Rasharkin Free Presbyterian Church by Rev Ivan Foster, 9th November 1990)

At a time when peace in the community and how best to achieve it are topics on virtually everyone’s lips, and that for a generation or more, it is all too easy for the child of God to forget the war that Christians are duty-bound to maintain. Everyone is for, must be for, peace in these days. So say the false and apostate religious leaders. Consequently, anyone or anything whose language or teaching seems to show any form of militancy must be opposed as evil.

Espousal of Bible Christianity is utterly impossible without a marked degree of contentiousness. That is why the historic creeds and confessions of the Church of Christ contain such vigorous denunciations of the sins of their age. The difficulties attending a faithful adherence to God’s Word in an unfaithful age are exemplified in the life of Jeremiah. “Woe is me, my mother, thou hast borne me a man of strife and a man of contention to the whole earth! I have neither lent on usury, nor men have lent to me on usury; yet every one of them doth curse me,”  Jeremiah 15:10. The recent appointment of Cahal Daly to the position of cardinal was heralded by a chorus of syrupy and fawning approval from the leaders of ecumenical Protestantism. His appointment met with ‘widespread approval’ according to the Belfast Newsletter. Archbishop Eames of the Church of Ireland is quoted as saying ‘I have been privileged to know Dr Daly for many years and I have the highest regard and respect for his intellectual gifts, his courage and his integrity.’ Read more
